The time is appropriate to repair the natural color of the metal composite material with no oil stains and no oxide skin on the yellow surface. Take it out and clean it with cold water, so that the surface of the stainless steel spring can be cleaned. Exceed the expected effect of matte. Up and down two methods, high-precision valve springs can be used.
3. Put the cleaning fluid A into a vibrating polisher with coarse metal composite materials and springs or in a hexagonal drum (the capacity ratio of the spring and the coarse metal composite material is 1:3, and the demand for the cleaning fluid is elastic yellow net. 1%-2% of the weight) After polishing treatment, clean it with cold water, the scratches on the surface of the elastic yellow are gone, and the gloss of the surface of the elastic yellow is improved. However, it is not suitable for high-precision and easy-winding springs. The next step is to wax the stainless steel spring:
Put the polishing liquid into the vibrating finishing machine or hexagonal drum with coarse metal composite material (the volume ratio of the spring and the fine metal composite material is 1:3, and the demand for polishing liquid B is 1% of the net weight of the spring yellow- -2%, the longer the time, the brighter) After polishing, take it out and clean it with cold water and dry it. The surface of the stainless steel spring is as bright as chemical nickel plating and will never fade.
