⑴Exceed the use of a large amount of compression

⑵Use without preload
The spring is twisted due to the up and down vibration of the spring due to the gap. If there is preload, the spring is relatively stable.
⑶The valve spring is used horizontally
When the spring is used horizontally, it will cause the guide pin and the spring to wear and break.
⑷The use of no spring guide
If it is used without spring guide, it is easy to cause the spring bottom and body to twist. The high local pressure of the twisted part is the main cause of the spring break. Please be sure to use the inner diameter guide pin or outer diameter guide device. .
⑸ When the flatness of the assembly surface is poor
Poor parallelism of the assembly surface will cause the spring to twist, local high-pressure fracture, and the occasion of poor parallelism will cause the spring to twist and more than 300,000 times of use will cause the spring to break. Please improve the parallelism of the assembly surface under the condition of no more than 300,000 cycles.
⑹About spring inner diameter and guide pin
If the gap between the guide pin and the guide pin is too small, it will cause collision and wear of the inner diameter, and the wear part is the main cause of the spring fracture; on the contrary, if the gap is too large, the spring will twist and break, and the inner diameter of the spring will be about -1.0mm. And springs with longer free lengths (free length/outer diameter greater than 4), please use step or guide pins to avoid collisions with the guide pins when the spring body is twisted.
⑺ Spring outer diameter and counterbore
If the countersunk hole and the spring gap head are too small, the outer side will expand due to the compression of the spring and the countersunk hole friction will cause concentrated fracture. The preferred countersunk hole diameter is the spring outer diameter + 1.5mm. Please use the counterbore shape for the freely long spring.
⑻When the length of the guide pin and the depth of the counterbore are short
If the guide pin is too short, it will cause the head of the guide pin and the spring to wear and break. The ideal length of the guide pin is set to more than 1/2 of the length of the spring, and please chamfer C3.
⑼Change the party or use
When the spring is used, the spring is twisted by the force, which causes the inner ring spring to be inserted into the outer ring (or the outer ring is inserted into the inner ring) to cause fracture.
⑽Use of spring series
When used in tandem, the spring will bend and exceed the length of the guide pin or counterbore, which will cause a fracture of the same reason, and the weaker load will suffer a greater compression surface fracture due to the slight difference in the load of the spring itself.
⑾When using fragments and foreign objects
The part with foreign matter will cause the effective coil part to be ineffective and only the other parts will be compressed. The actual effective number of coils becomes smaller, causing high stress and fracture near the surface. Do not include foreign matter in the spring.
